North Mo. | Denice I am not a sheep producer though we have some I think. I haven't seen them or our guard dog for 2 days somewhere around 14inches of snow stopped my truck this morning looking for them. Any way I don't see how you could go wrong with orchard grass and Red clover mix. We might put a bit of crab grass in the mix. As you have already found out weeds are not your enemy timing of grazing is the enemy. I would suggest talking to a local grazing group maybe hit the Nrcs grass land person. They will steer you in the right direction. Ben | |
