| I roped one from my bicycle.
Growing up we had a guernsey cow we milked by hand so we had a few crossbred heifers that Dad kept for cows over the years. One day while riding our bikes in the driveway ( our driveway is almost 1/4 mi long) my brother and I for some unknown reason were trying to rope this little guernsey/limmi cow standing next to the drive. I don't remember how many attempts were made but I was the one to finally rope her (across a four strand barbwire fence mind you). The hardest part of the whole deal was telling Mom what I had done (my brother disappeared within seconds of me untying the rope from the handlebars of my bike). | |
