Glad to hear you got him going and selling him is not a bad idea either. We usually just go ahead and raise ours but they do take some time. One thing I would suggest is to go buy a tube feeder and 2 or 3 bags of clostrum and keep it handy for future use. Over the years I have sold tons of calves that would have been otherwise dead without an oral feeder. I also buy bottles with the goat nimple and alot of times a calf will suck it better than the big calf nipples.
