Looks like his eyes are bright and ears are up so...After he sleeps awhile give him another crack at the bottle...He'll be hungry when he wakes up...then assuming he's dried off take him back to momma...she'll most likely take him back. She knows best!...If she won't own him you will have to go to plan B.
1. Depending on your situation can you get him and her secluded in a pen together?
2. Sometimes you can get another cow to own it...not very likely.
3. Bottle feed him and you'll have another Dog around the farm.
