| It is impossible to determine what your sil's intent was when she named her dog Hank...could be she is a Hank Jr fan....could be she loves the dog so much she was complimenting your son by naming the dog after him...could be she is an evil witch trying to stir the pot. All you can control is your reaction to her. If she is trying to stir up C***, you can take the wind out of her sails by not reacting negatively. Just never let her shorten Henry's name to Hank....that I would call her out on. BTW I think it is a great idea to name your son after someone you looked up to. You will think of that person every time you say his name...I know this first hand. | |
