Southern Indiana | My scales said I'm down 7.5 lbs. I know that didn't just come from this week. I think running a chainsaw several days the week before got me puffed up and retaining fluids. I'll take all I can get because I'm only .2 lbs from the 100's again. I haven't seent that since my freshman year of college. I think I need to start some more strength style exercises because I'm starting to feel a little loose. Come on spring, I'm ready to be outside more. | |
