week 3 down 3 for a total of 15 , i worked realy hard this week , i think i have to do better eating, i can't beleive how much better i feel though...
useing the myfitnesspal online and the app its very easy and very helpful , have a trainer help 2 days a week , he's helping with strengthening for day to day activities, i also have a very fit very helpful friend that goes with to excersise after work
