Lost my lb I gained from eating cupcakes but that was it. The weather kept us from walking 3 days this past week so need to make up for that this week. With it being so cold...comfort food was a must at my house! Have a big project going on in the house so maybe that will keep me busy & I won't eat as much. Mrs t-boss
