Wife just made an omelet and had a glass of cold milk with it. we usually drink alot of milk.... but haven't lately. Milk still tastes and smells great. The date on it is January 4th! This never happens to us. Usually it's lucky to make it to the date on the jug. Just wondering why sometimes milk lasts longer than other times?
P.S. Wife says she thinks it's because the temp has been maintained better? What say you dairymen?
How can this happen. milk way past it's date?
