Thanks for the advice guys. We went out later this afternoon and did a little cow tipping. While she was on her back we jiggled her belly a bit hoping it would help.

A few minutes later she did pass a little gas and poop, but not much. She sniffed at some hay and went and laid down again.

We did call the vet, but they never called back today, I am not real impressed with that. Will call again in the morning.

I will update when I find something out.
