| With things as they are these days I have a couple farms in the same rental situation. Called both guys this fall and took them to lunch to make sure they were happy with everything before I spent money on there farm. Both are done on shares and both were thrilled to death I ask abd enjoyed the visit. I would not spend a penny these days before asking. At least its only 25 ac. | |
