Jackson County, AL | I think you could reasonably expect to get your $150/ac back if it came to it. I've heard of that happening before around here with the previous tenant getting reimbursed for 1 or two years worth of lime. I think I would at least want to pay him per tillable acre at his increased rate as well as see if he would agree to adjust for drowned out areas at the increased rate each year. It would be a long shot sounds like but its a negotiation. | |
