We were at my wife's grandparents on Thursday and most everything is good except for the mashed potatoes.......HOW CAN YOU SCREW OF MASHED POTATOES? Take a potato, skin it, mash it, warm it up.....there is no butter, milk, cream, salt, pepper, evaporated milk, or anything else in them......oh, and I don't like baked potatoes either...only mashed, hashed, and fried.
Clean and peal the potato, boil it in lightly salted water, then mash while adding milk and butter, mix up nicely and serve. (my wifes recipe for mashed potatoes) |
