The way I see it, I don't have to eat everything that is served. I am always up for something new and different. If I like it, I eat it. If I don't, I won't. If I am asked, I speak the truth with consideration to the cooks feelings. If it is something that I don't like, I will simply find something good to say about it and leave it at that.
