Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | Our family gatherings usually involve a buffet style arrangement so if I don't want something I just don't put it on my plate. Also, at least on the first round I try to get a little of everything, so if I do get something I don't care for there is never more than a couple of bites that I have to deal with. By the second round I just go with my favorites. If I am a guest in a situation where the food is being passed around the table I still only take small portions, especially if it's something I know I don't like. But, as I sometimes tell people who ask me what I like, "I'll eat almost anything that don't eat me first.":-) |
