Ontario, Canada | This might have been mentioned all ready, i didn't read all the responses. I weld everything with 6011, its easy to weld with and has great penetration. I've never had a problem with anything letting go. If your worried about looks you can always go over it with another rod, but a little practice with a 6011 you won't need to. I go through about 3 boxes a year. i hate everything about 7018, but maybe i have the wrong rods for my welder never bothered to research that. 6011 all the way. | |
