Too many things to go wrong. New one dosent get delivered on time, or cant be found. Old one is long gone and you couldnt find one to use if you had to.
what if the new one is a lemon.
How about he rents out your trade and it breaks. Where do you stand then?
Nothing leaves my place until it is paid for by the purchaser, or I can see and use the replacement. Keep it in the shed.
