Now understand I could care less about some one having a beer at lunch and then going to any job. Having said that if you are driving with a CDL it is not .04. It is 0 tolerance. We are told if you have a beer it is 24 hrs before you can drive a semi. If you have a glass of wine with supper you cannot legally drive at 8 am the next day.
