NC ND | My uncle brought in a manufactured house then built a double car garage, left about 12 (roughly) inbetween, left it unheated but put alot of cabinets, clothes hooks and room for a freezer. Nice for a group of visiters to all come in and take their coats/shoes off before hitting the house. Could chill stuff by leaving it out there, all the dirty clothes are left out of the house. Also added alot of organized storage that their house did not come with. No basement or attic so the breezeway was pretty handy. I've seen a couple of hardcore hunters put in a stainless sink and counter with chemlite paneling to fit their lifestyle also.
