Subject: Why is tapioca SO EXPENSIVE???

Blooming where I am planted!

I was out of Minute Tapioca so I went to the store to buy more. Almost $5 for a little box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY???????????????? And they had NO large pearl tapioca either!! I want some homemade fisheye pudding! What gives?
