I'm sorry, it's a third for the family two thirds for the farmer. From that he basically cuts a check for 25% of the profits. Hell farm for four more years but the more involved I get and learn the more interested I am in learning to farm it myself, in four years. I have a great relationship Witt the farmer and he is willing to implement anything new, so long as its on my property.
