ECMN | I had a pretty good week, down 2# for a total of 12# since July 2. I try to stay on the Fat Flush plan as close as I can, but it is tough. Mostly eating a plain meat along with lots of salad and veggies, which I like most of. I do make a smoothie for breakfast which is easy and tastes good. Fat Flush includes drinking 64 oz of natural cranberry water (8 oz cranberry to 56 oz water), so I blend 8 oz with a cup of berries, a scoop of whey protein powder and 1 Tbsp flax seed oil and a dash of stevia to sweeten. It is actually pretty good and fills me up. Hope everyone has a good week on this journey.
