Subject: RE: Changes in value of a couple of ethanol stocks

East Central South Dakota
I realize this, but doesn't change my statement. Never liked his tone when it comes to ethanol. Maybe he is just trying to be non-emotional and factual, but don't kid yourself, Cargill would eat their ethanol investment in a heart beat to get grains back to the LDP time frame. It costs them a fortune to hedge their daily buys on 40 cent moves. Was a board member with the biggest COOP in the US and we had 8 million dollar a day margin calls on big moves and we were lint compared to Cargill, COBANK worked with us, but the need for capital was serious. Bunge had their stock down graded in 2010-11 because of their need for working capital for grain hedges in just the grain in transit. I could very well be wrong, but look at the history argives on some of the statements Cargill as a company has said on ethanol and employees learn company culture.

By the way my crops are drying up and 10 days ago i had the best crop potential ever. Maybe i am a little edgy. LOL
