west central MN | I got audited a few years ago because my corn payout was over $100,000. It sounds like it went to $200,000 now. It was pretty simple, I just got lists of all of the corn bushels that I had sold to the different elevators and ethanol plants for the last 3 years. There was an ethanol plant that I had sold to that was closed at that time but I was lucky that I had copies of all of the assembly sheets. It did take over 2 months for them to get to my audit and then they had extra help in and they lost some of my paperwork so I had to send it too them again. I would suggest getting everything line up before the adjustors come out so you can give it to them at that time. I had to put mine together after they were out and I think that moved me back on the list. I had enterprise units and I think that is easier too. |
