Glypho and 2.4-D sitting a week or two is unlikely to be a problem.
The comment posted about 2.4-D being absorbed into hoses and seals is quite correct, but its going to happen anyway while you are using it, so I dont really see the issue.
Again.... your mileage may vary.. And my environment is surely different to yours.
