Subject: Water left in sprayer?

CO, NE
So the wind where I'm farming can be a tad bit unpredictable, making spraying a bit of a challenge. The longest part of the prep is filling the tank, it takes about an hour or so. How long could I leave this water in the tank if I filled it, but wasn't sure if I'd be able to spray for a few days to a week? What about mixing AMS at 17lbs/100gal and letting that sit in there too? Will it separate out? I figure it's probably not too good to let glyphosate and 2,4-D sit for that long, but it doesn't take very long to dump those in and mix it up. The sprayer is stored in a shed.
