AT&T is actually slowing down the move to broadband. A small carrier was ready to bring broadband to our county when AT&T announced that it would bring us broadband within a year. Bluffed the small carrier out. It's been over three years and no hint of AT&T's broadband except for remarketing Directway.
Did AT&T live up to its rural broadband promises?
