| Start something that he would like to do only start at 7:00 AM, somehting that takes you away from the farmstead, and go off and leave him. Don't waite on him, let him try to catch up. Don't bother him it will only make it worse, Let him feel left out if he doesn't show. If he wants to be included in decissions then he needs to be there when decissions are made. Listen to his ideas when he is around, he may have some good ones. One of two things will happen he will take an interest or he will go somewhere else. | |
