Subject: not offended, just amused

here we have a poster from Mt and another from Canada speaking of spoilage & insects having made their way into their bins......but one from Ks & another citing Ok for reference claim otherwise. maybe i didn't realize just how much colder Se KS & Ok are over Mt & Alberta , Ca...eh?

and no answer was given to my question about Never, Ever having IDK problems in your cold & sealed bins?

now, on to the subject of cool grain absorbing the sun's radiant heat and cooling it back down overnight?

get the Very Best Cooler you can find on the market. fill it with corn or wheat and place in a walkin freezer with the lid open......once completely frozen...place into an open field like a grain bin may be situated in June, July or Aug? tell us how long it takes for that cooler full of grain to come up to the outside temperature. but then, if one was to succumb to your side of the debate? the grain would never completely thaw in a whole summer's length of time, right? how long does it take ice to melt in a cooler in the shade during the summer?

now, keep in mind that a bin wall is only how thick? not much insulating qualities there, huh? vi

ps...and make sure you don't use a cooler with a chimney and/or a open fan housing!
