The problems will arise when something happens to that 17 year old kid and you have to take him/her to the emergency room.    

Then you will be charged with child abuse/neglect.

 



Well that's true I suppose. It's easy enough to say whatever happened to the kid happened while riding four-wheeler for most injuries though. On the other hand, having a mangled arm from getting it caught in the auger is pretty obvious.
