If you recieve a judgement, you could turn it over to an collection agency . . . they'll pay you out (you get % of judgement -- they get the rest) and then they will harrass him tell after death . . . . . Maybe worth checking out ahead of time. I would seriously consider paying the $150 for the amount he owes you - hate dead beats . . . .
