NC Iowa | think about filing a small claims. amount will be about $4000. the guy is self employed. his house is in his wife's name. don't know about any bank account. he does have a nice pickup, so i think he has more that it looks like. trying to decide if i should proceed, or the guy has arranged things so he is judgement proof. is there a good way to find out? will cost about $150 to file and have him served. am i wasting my time? | |
