I bought two lots back in the 70's for me and my wife. Sometime in the 90's I got a letter that said the lots had been replotted and we needed to come in and pick out new lots. We did. Then my son died last year and we went to the cemetary to see if we could trade our two lots for for two in an area that there were 3 spaces and buy the 3rd space. First they wanted to charge us the difference in the current price and I mentioned that we never said anything about an upcharge when they goofed up in the 90's.  Wound up paying for one lot at current prices and making an even swap on the other two.
