That's all I use is butter. Use to make my own when we milked cows, and later when all we had was one or two. Later, I milked goats, and made cheese. I just like the idea of knowing what goes into the food I eat. Now that I'm getting 'older', I don't grow a lot of what we eat. My 2 cents worth.

WE have good goat milk would like a way to make goat cheese but we can't find a "non dairy " rennet need it for allergies purpose
