An old saying I've always heard is "eat healthy, exercise, die anyway" Unless a person grows their own food (all of it) beef, pork, veggies, peanuts, fruit, etc. You're ALMOST definitely going to eat something that's not perfect. I do not watch what I eat at all and smoke also, and I'm not dead! We are all gonna die is my point.
