MN | In the process of doing a re-fi with them now, saving 1+% over nearest competitor plus longer term(hopefully life of loan) The fees seem to be in line with local banks-not sure if they can overcharge anymore lots of new rules in home lending. Fees will be less than 5% of loan amount for me anyway. One negative for me was that my local lenders had me on an annual payment, but FCS had to have a monthly payment. Seems backwards to me, but they can take a yearly payment and put it in "funds held" or whatever they call it and draw from it monthly. | |
