Me and my wife are thinking or adding on/remodeling our house. We are gunna apply for a loan with Farm Credit. We currently have a Wells Fargo mortgage. Anyone have experience with Farm Credit Home Loans? They want the Wells Fargo loan to be moved over to them. What is the good and bad if any about going to Farm Credit? I already have several notes with them. Thanks!
