one thing to look at very closely is the fees that
are charged. wells fargo, chase and other big
mortgage companies have extremely high fees.
i can't say what farm credit fees are. i reviewed
1000's of closing reports and the fee's are
mind blowing. some total closing cost could be
10%+/- of the loan amount.
