SW Iowa | I miss farming.
The saddest day for me was when the government got involved in HEL lands calling No till as the answer to soil erosion.
NO till is not farming. No till is constantly throwing money at a problem until Jack comes.
I miss farming. Miss the smells of freshly turned soil. Miss looking at different farming jobs from the road to see who could set a cultivator and who couldn't. Them was the days, these kids today will never know.
Now, farming is a money thing with calculators, banks, and lawyers. | |
