That will be one of my points. We don't expect accountants, teachers and stock brokers to use technology from the 70's. Why should farmers. Also, everybody talks about the $400 000 combines when in reality, only a small % of farmers have one.

However, too often, farmers are seen as complainers with our hats out looking for a govt cheque and that rubs urban people the wrong way. Understandably. Yes, farming isn't easy and has a lot of risk. However, we choose to farm. No one holds a gun to our head and makes us do what we do. To a certain extent, we have not helped our public perception.
