West Central IL
I would think the labor cost would be over $5000 . Two hundred feet is a long distance for boring. I was thinking a good crew with a boring machine, (not the type you set in the hole and set on tracks and run grade, but the type you walk with a locator that follows the tip) could do it if it has enough grade in it (1% or more) Then they could push 8" plastic pipe (water main grade) or pull a yellow mine type pipe. Probably too far of a push for water main pipe though. Pullling the yellow mine would be better. Yellow mine pipe would cost around $10 per foot (very rough figure). Just off the top of my head boring with yellow mine is around $35 per foot on a few thousand foot job.
