Ripley, Ontario Canada | I am involved in a municipal drain and we have to bore under a highway. They are pushing a 400 mm (16 inch) steel pipe through For a 25 meter bore the estimated cost is
25 m of 400 mm steel casing (1/4 inch wall) $3000
Boring the 25 m casing above $6250
and the tenders came in about 10% higher for the whole job, but I don't have a breakdown to see if the boring was the cause (there is a lot more tile in the whole job)
