USA | Not saying that land could not have some decrease in value @ some point, but IMO all a couple years of $4 corn would do in the next 3-5 years would be to stopor slow the increase.
If land values were to drop 20-30% from current values, going to be a lot of bigger problems to deal with, that caused farmland values to drop like that.
If I had my wish land prices would not go any higher. Higher land values is not in the best interest of Agriculture .
Example 2000 acres @ $20,000= big problems, when the breathing stops
