Casey Iowa | I am not really sure why everybody is getting down on jrwarp about selling his land, it might look pretty smart in 2-5 years. It might not also, time will tell. I wonder if all the people saying not to sell are out buying land themselves or just talking big??
I know some people who have put money into annuities with 6 to 7% returns that have been pleased.
