Then perhaps you should consider addressing the bashers instead of the entire board? Not all of us are so ignorant as you assume.

 You are lumping all smaller operations into one vat, those that bash. You assume that we all bash the larger operations and hold them in the same light. You have voiced your dislike for this treatment applied to you.

 Instead of appointing yourself the Grand Puba, exalted leader and passer of all divine wisdom, perhaps you might "offer" your ideas and concepts, rather than force them at us. Not all of us want to grow your way. Your assumptions that we do, prove your arrogance.

 Personally, I find it amusing that you, having very underdeveloped people skills, would talk of using people skills to expand.
