We don't have any full time help or really any part time, just two middle aged guys that either are bored from time to time or have a part/full time job and like to see some added income every month. Pay the one $20/hour if he comes and helps run forage harvester, etc. for an afternoon. The other I pay 10 an hour since that is the most he would accept.
What do you pay your farmhands?
