Central Georgia the pay rate for most around us was 10-13 an hour, that is going up because it is very hard to find anyone young to work for that, that can work a fulltime job and work consistently. Health insurance is usually not provided around here it is just so expensive but most of the farmers here are small compared to some of the operations you guys run.
What do you pay your farmhands?
