| Really reading here will teach you a LOT (it has for myself, at least). When you don't understand what somebody said, ask about it; there are a lot of Very knowledgeable folks here who have helped a lot of people. DJMCountryboy, Wyoming Dave, John Burns, Ray Jenkins gosh there are a lot of names on here that are supremely helpful. Just remember that it is Your decision, not any of these guys. Take the information and use it as best you can to apply it to your situation, you will do fine. Its only money!
