Best corn ever grown on my farm was 4th year corn on corn-about 220. You have to pick the right hybrid and be very conscious on Nitrogen-learned those lessons the hard way. So no-till COC can work-but you can't just throw it out there like conventional-it takes some more management.

That being said there is a limit, I went 7 years and as you said the trash finally caught up with me, and had to rotate back to beans.
