I'll 2nd the Kenalog steroid shot. I have tried it all from allergy shots twice a week to prescriptions to over counter allergy pills and nothing worked. Still don't like the idea of taking steroids but after getting them for 3 years (just 1 60mg dose per year) I'm a believer.
